ABOUT US

Shoreland Ltd was established in the 1990s by Mark & Iain Collins to enable them to develop their family owned timber yard in Hoxton, London. They obtained planning for permission for a 65,000ft2 mixed use development comprising of 12 apartments, 27 live work units and 30,000ft2 of office space along with a 30 space underground car park. This development went on to win The Evening Standard’s New Homes Award and Best Development Award. This was the catalyst that enabled them to move into full time property development.

We have over 20 years experience in residential and commercial property development. We specialise in obtaining planning permission on brownfield sites and commercial properties. We are always looking to acquire land or buildings with scope for residential, mixed use or commercial redevelopment.

Our current requirements are land or buildings with or without planning permission. Commercial buildings, vacant or let. Houses and flats, vacant or occupied. Public Houses, HMO’s, dilapidated, fire damaged or squatted properties. We are always looking for new opportunities and will pay fees even if the vendor currently retains you.
